Katy Perry has revealed she has collaborated with OPI to create a line of crazy and fun nail colors. The inspiration came from her California Gurls video.
Expected to be released sometimes this month, a special black shatter nail polish is my favorite part of the collection. After painting your nails a desired color, you paint one coat of the black shatter and let dry. It will crack and create a leopard effect. LOVE IT.
