Memorial Day Fashion

It's hard to believe another Memorial Day is right around the corner. After the winter we've had in NJ, I never thought I'd be able to pack away my pea coats, UGGs, and scarves. But alas, Mother Nature is starting to get back to normal by delivering some sunshine and warm temperatures.

Before I go any further, I'd like to just give a special thanks to all the men and women who have served, are serving, and will serve this country in the future. Words can't express my gratitude, but just know you are truly appreciated. We live in the land of the free because of the brave.

Memorial Day sales have already started and will continue throughout the weekend. It's a shopaholics dream! In my opinion, Memorial Day is more about BBQs and picnics with friends and family and is often less formal than the 4th of July. I'd opt for a cute tank top, some cut off denim shorts, and cardigan. I use the Memorial Day sales to prep for my 4th of July outfit...always thinking ahead. I find that parties and gatherings tend to be a bit more formal for this holiday, so I opt for cute summer dresses.
