I'm not a fan of labels when it comes to beauty or body size. Every woman is beautiful in her own skin and shouldn't think otherwise because of the absurd standards society sets. I mean come on, a size 10 is a plus size?! A model whose weight is proportionate to her height is called fat?! No wonder why so many women are developing eating disorders at younger ages.

Now I am by no means a health freak. I try to take care of my body, but I'm no size 2. I'll never be a size 2. I don't aspire to be a size 2. I don't even think when I was born I was a size 2. I'm realistic about my body and have learned to embrace my shape. With that said, I find that plus size stores and boutiques are becoming more popular. But what about existing brands? Not too many are incorporating larger sizes in their inventory. Personally, I don't like my clothes too clingy and often opt for the XL rather than large because I'm more comfortable in it. BUT, a lot of brands only offer small through large sizes. This is why I'm addicted to Forever 21.

It's the best of both worlds. I can purchase clothing I want to be a bit more form fitting or go for loose and comfy with the Forever 21 plus size line. Their sizes run from 12-20 which I don't even really consider plus size. The stylish clothing is current with the latest trends and reasonably priced.

I know some girls are so self conscious about buying something labeled as "plus size." Why? Is someone going to walk up to you and pull out your tag to see what size you're wearing? Uhh, no. Instead, people will be walking up to you and asking you where you got that because they're like totally jelly and want it themselves.
