OPI has some new competition. Sally Hansen has released their own version of OPI's Shatter nail polish (which I've blogged about in the past) called Crackle. The unique design created on each nail by the overcoat is available in 8 different shades and dries in 60 seconds. The best part...it's only $6.99!
