Shatter Meets Crackle

OPI has some new competition. Sally Hansen has released their own version of OPI's Shatter nail polish (which I've blogged about in the past) called Crackle. The unique design created on each nail by the overcoat is available in 8 different shades and dries in 60 seconds. The best part...it's only $6.99!

Miss Universe Meets Nail Polish

OPI unveiled their new Miss Universe nail collection at a party in Las Vegas today. The new line features 4 colors: Swimsuit...Nailed It!, an electric shimmery blue shade, Crown Me Already!, a sparkly silver, It's MY Year!, a creamy magenta, and Congeniality Is My Middle Name, a silver and mauve shade. Don't expect to see these colors in store until late summer.

 

Even Pirates Need a Good Manicure

 I know everyone loves the Black Shatter from OPI and Katy Perry so you'll definitely love OPI's new Silver Shatter in conjunction with the new Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides in theaters in May.

Also being released are 6 Caribbean inspired cool colored polishes to be used as bases for the Silver Shatter. The pastel colors are perfect for spring and summer and the Silver Shatter top coat adds some edginess to your nails.
