Bright Eyes & Pouty Lips

If you follow me on Instagram (@kellyrmoran), then you saw the photo I just uploaded of a new fall beauty look I tried. I've been on the hunt for a good blue eyeliner to make my brown eyes pop and I think I have finally found it.

The Revlon ColorStay Eyeliner in Sapphire seems like it'll be too much if you go by the sample scribble of blue on the label, but it really isn't. I either find blue liners that are too dark and look black or are too bright and look cartoonish. This liner was a perfect medium.

To really make my eyes pop, first I lined the upper and lower lid with the Maybelline Master Smoky Pen in Smoldering Violet. Purples and blues are highly recommended for brown eyes, so why not use both?! I think it helped to accentuate the blue.

For my lips, I have found the ultimate Kylie Jenner-ish color. 1995 by Gerard Cosmetics is matte, but creamy in texture. The mauve tone compliments lighter skin tones and really defines your lips. I'd like to try and find a similar color lip liner to pair this with. I don't really wear lip liner, but I think it would look awesome with this color. Plus I can always extend my lip line to create the illusion that I have fuller lips (like Kylie).
