It's always a struggle to find a big good pair of boots, let alone a pair that fits my calves...and I don't even have big calves! The average boot has a calf circumference of 15" which on me is a bit snug. It's so frustrating because all the cute boots don't fit and when I search for wide calf, they're either fugly or entirely too big. There's no in between! Now, I know I can't be the only one struggling with this. So in my countless hours of research to find a good quality boot that not only fit my calves but my budget, I came across these beauties.
None are over $100 and they all fit between a 16" and 18" calf. Hallelujah! Don't exactly know your calf size? Take a tape measurer and measure around the widest part of your calf and there you have your calf circumference. It's not rocket science.
On a side note, I recommend boots with an elastic panel in the back for added stretch. It may seem snug at first, but it stretches out within a few hours of wear for the perfect fit!
