50 Shades of Rihanna
18 July 2013
Rihanna has reinvented her look yet again. Most women fear of the time when their hair will turn gray. Rihanna on the other hand couldn't wait for that time and decided to speed up that process by adding gray highlights to her luscious locks. The color, which she calls #Brr, was debuted via Instagram earlier today.
I think she's too young and gorgeous to go gray. It darkens her whole face. My personal fave Rihanna look was her at the 2013 Grammy's. This brown color combined with soft highlights really complimented her skin tone and made those green eyes pop.
What do you think of the gray hair? Will it be a new trend amongst RiRi fans?
Bad Girl RiRi has come a long way from her original color which she broke into the music industry with in 2007. Check out her hair metamorphosis below.

Lauren Conrad's Spring Collection at Kohl's
26 February 2013
The Fashion Minute's favorite reality star turned author and designer, Lauren Conrad, has incorporated all of spring's hottest trends in her soon-to-be released collection available exclusively at Kohl's. The items pictured below will be available in February and March.
Floral prints, flowy tops, vibrant colors, bold stripes, polka dots, and LC's signature blazers made the final cut in her affordable and trendy clothing line.
Why is this so great for us? It's only available at Kohl's which means if you have a Kohl's Card, you save a minimum of 15% on EVERY purchase in addition to price reductions!
My favorites are the white blazer which every girl should own, polka dot silk shorts, and floral demin. What do you think of LC's spring collection?

Fashion Police: Grammy Awards Edition
11 February 2013
The Grammys aired last night and while most people watch it for the performances and awards, I was fixated on who wore what. While I agree with most of the critic's picks for best dressed, some outfits just weren't working for me. If I were in the limelight at one of the biggest award shows of the year, you better believe I'd be wearing something comfortable and stylish. Some of the celebrities last night need to fire their stylists ASAP! Sometimes trying to be edgy and stand out just backfires and ends up putting you on the worst dressed list.
Queen B what were you thinking?! Most fashion critics have her as one of the best dressed celebs in this black and white jumpsuit. This outfit is cute if you're trying to pull off the Cruella De Vil look. This is just too casual for the Grammys and with a body like yours, show it off!
The Fashion Minute rules this a FAIL.
Va va voom! This was one of my favorite looks of the night. Rihanna, usually known for her edgy and revealing outfits, looked stunning. The mesh cut out details upped the sex factor of this gown without going overboard. And her hair...YES! I absolutely love the long locks she was rocking last night.
The Fashion Minute rules this a WINNER.
J-Lo and her high slit...tacky. We get it, you have great legs. That doesn't mean you have to constantly remind us of that. This dress does nothing for her curvaceous figure. The tight bun isn't working for me either. Perhaps a looser bun with some curls would have been more appropriate.
The Fashion Minute rules this a FAIL.
Perry Perry gorgeous! This was my favorite look of the evening. The simplicity of this dress with the plunging neckline really flattered her small frame. The accent necklace added the right amount of pop to her look without going overboard. Everything about this works.
The Fashion Minute rules this is a WINNER.
Florence Welch, are you off to see the Wizard? This dress is something out of Emerald City meets alien abduction. The color does not work with her complexion or hair color. It's also extremely tight and looks like if she takes a breath it'll bust at the seams.
The Fashion Minute rules this a FAIL.

Fashion's Best Kept Secret
05 March 2011
It's not Christmas but I'm in a rather generous mood today so I figured I'd share my FAVORITE site for designer clothes, what celebrities are wearing, and hot trends.
WARNING: Do not proceed if you have no self control when it comes to shopping! Appareal, accessories, and shoes are not affordable by any means (at least on my budget).
HOWEVER, I like to use this site to get inspiration for my wardrobe or replicate outfits using other sites or stores that I can afford.
Are you ready? Drumroll please..........
Here are just a few of my top picks that I've recreated using Forever21, American Eagle, Wet Seal, Modcloth.com, Ebay, Macy*s, and Lulus.com to name a few.
